Description
Lander County is soliciting Statements of Qualifications from qualified general contractors to provide Construction Manager at Risk preconstruction and construction services for the Event Center Phase II project. The estimated construction cost is $32,000,000. Scope includes site grading, underground utilities, foundations, structural framing and building erection, building envelope, roofing, mechanical, electrical, plumbing, communications, site improvements, and associated materials, equipment, and incidental work. Preconstruction services include construction-document review, discipline-specific workshops, sequencing, cost estimating, scheduling, planning coordination, and risk identification to develop a Guaranteed Maximum Price agreement. Following GMP approval and execution of the construction services agreement, the selected contractor will provide construction management and construction services. Initial evaluation considers key personnel, project experience, past performance, implementation plan, safety program, and Certificate of Eligibility; finalists will also be evaluated on a CMAR fee proposal and interview.
