Description
The City of Elko is soliciting sealed bids for the Ruby View Golf Course Pump Replacement Project. Bidders must submit proposals on the prescribed forms with the required bid security and comply with the project plans, specifications, contract documents, Nevada contractor-licensing requirements, and applicable provisions of NRS Chapter 338. The mandatory pre-bid conference is scheduled for September 15, 2026, at Elko City Hall and will also be available virtually. Bidders must register on the official plan holders list before submitting a bid. Submissions may be delivered in a sealed, clearly marked envelope or submitted through DemandStar. The contract is expected to be awarded to the lowest responsive and responsible bidder, subject to City Council approval.
