Description
The City of Elko is soliciting sealed construction bids for the Harp Trail Extension. Bids must be submitted on the prescribed forms and accompanied by bid security meeting the requirements in the Instructions to Bidders. The project includes a site visit at the 12th Street Bridge along the south side of the Humboldt River. Bidders must register on the official plan holder's list before submitting a bid and attend the mandatory pre-bid conference to remain eligible. A current Nevada contractor's license in the proper classification is required at bid opening, and an Elko City business license is required before contract execution. The award is expected to go to the lowest responsive and responsible bidder, subject to the City's rights under applicable law.
