Description
The County of San Diego, through its Department of Aging & Independence Services (AIS), is soliciting quotes for Home and Community-Based Care Services with a focus on Money Management. This program aims to provide non-fiduciary assistance to clients at risk of institutionalization or out-of-home placement, helping them manage their finances and personal affairs effectively. Services will be provided to clients referred by AIS staff throughout San Diego County. The anticipated contract term is one year, with three one-year option periods, anticipated to begin September 1, 2026, and run through August 31, 2030. The estimated annual contract amount is $25,000, with a total contract amount not to exceed $100,000. Funding for this program is ongoing and federally funded.
