Description
The Kentucky Transportation Cabinet (KYTC) is seeking qualified individuals and organizations to provide statewide Right of Way Appraisal Review Services. This contract aims to assist the KYTC in providing appraisal review services for both Highway Plan and non-highway plan projects on an as-needed basis. Four consultants will be selected for this statewide contract, which will have a two-year term with the option to renew for up to two additional two-year terms. Each contract will have an upset limit of $100,000, with individual work assignments not to exceed $20,000 without approval. The selected appraisers will be responsible for reviewing appraisals and other related services, and may be required to testify in court. They must be pre-qualified review appraisers from the KYTC ROW list and adhere to KYTC policies, procedures, and the Uniform Standards of Professional Appraisal Practice. Continuing Professional Liability Insurance of at least $500,000 is required.
