Description
The City of Palm Desert is soliciting bids for the Monterey Avenue Street Rehabilitation project (Project No. CST00027). This project involves rehabilitating the asphalt concrete street section on Monterey Avenue from Gerald Ford Drive to the northern City Limit. Key work items include mobilization, traffic control, lowering and raising valves and manholes, concrete removal, cold milling, localized asphalt repair, constructing asphalt concrete paving, Portland cement concrete improvements, installing traffic signal loops and pull boxes, installing metal beam guardrail, striping with paint, and raising valve and manhole covers to grade. The engineer's estimate for this project is $2,500,000.
