Description
The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers is soliciting dive support services at Olmsted Lock and Dam under a firm-fixed-price, indefinite-delivery, indefinite-quantity contract. The contractor will provide all planning, programming, administration, management, supervision, communications, and inspection necessary to perform the services in accordance with contract requirements and applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations. The contract includes a one-year base period from January 1, 2027, through December 31, 2027, plus four additional one-year option periods extending through December 31, 2031. One award will be made, based on lowest price. Large businesses must submit a small business subcontracting plan with their quote.
