Description
The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers Nashville District is issuing a Request for Quote for a firm-fixed-price construction contract covering paving and storm drain improvements at Lake Barkley's Cadiz Recreation Area and Canal Campground. Work includes asphalt milling and overlay, full-depth pavement replacement, striping, asphalt curbing, speed bumps, and 11 culvert replacements. Option items include gravel shoulders, pavement extensions, slurry-sealed roads and parking lots, campsite paving, additional striping, and concrete ditch extensions. The estimated project magnitude is $1,000,000 to $3,500,000. The requirement is a 100% Small Business Set-Aside under NAICS 237310, with performance required within 280 calendar days after issuance of the Notice to Proceed. Quotes must be submitted through the PIEE Solicitation Module in Adobe PDF format. Amendment 0001 extends the offer deadline to September 15, 2026, at 1:00 p.m. Central Time, and replaces or adds technical and site-visit attachments.
