Description
The U.S. Army requires a one-year license agreement for the brand-name S2 Cognition Cognitive Performance Assessment System. The requirement includes a scientifically validated, computer-based cognitive testing platform; all necessary testing hardware, including testing consoles, monitors, and peripherals; software licenses; maintenance and updates; secure database storage; and consultation services for interpreting scores in relation to Special Operations roles. The system must measure cognitive performance with millisecond precision across at least 13 cognitive domains, including perception speed, search efficiency, decision complexity, and impulse control. Testing protocols and equipment must use statistically validated methods and demonstrate test-retest reliability. Alternate or equal products will not be accepted; offerors must propose S2 Cognition. The solicitation is set aside for small businesses.
