The Defense Commissary Agency is publishing an amended, redacted Justification and Approval for an intended sole-source, single-award indefinite-delivery, indefinite-quantity contract with C&S Wholesale Grocers, LLC, or its subsidiaries, including MDV SpartanNash LLC.
