Description
The Appomattox River Water Authority is soliciting lump-sum bids for construction of a new 3,600-square-foot pre-engineered metal boat storage building. The work includes a cast-in-place concrete foundation, associated site grading and utility work, and incidental related work. Bidders must be licensed contractors in the Commonwealth of Virginia. Bid security is required in the form of a certified check or acceptable bid bond equal to 5 percent of the base bid. Bid documents, including the project manual and drawings, are available at no charge from WW Associates, Inc.
