The City of Newburyport is soliciting bids for construction and development of one 8-inch bedrock water production well at Bartlet Mall. The scope includes furnishing permits, utility location services, site preparation, site security, labor, materials, equipment, temporary power, well development, testing, sampling, and required documentation. A pre-bid meeting and site visit is scheduled for October 22, 2026, at Bartlet Mall. Electronic quotes are not permitted.
