Description
The City of Fort Worth is soliciting bids for construction and public works improvements at Rockwood, Rolling Hills Soccer, Northwest Community, and Gateway Parks. The scope includes installation of remote equipment controllers, rehabilitation of softball infields, construction of bleacher shading structures, alternate lighting installation, and grassing replacement. The submission package requires the Conflict of Interest Statement, Bid Form, Proposal Form, Bid Bond, Bid Proposal Workbook, Vendor Compliance to State Law Non-Resident Bidder form, SBE Certification, Small Business Utilization Form, and the Overall Bid Total.
