Three Rivers Park District is issuing a Request for Qualifications (RFQ) to establish a five-year professional consulting services pool for the period 2027-2031. The pool will provide professional services for specific funded projects in the Park District's annual Asset Management Program and on an as-needed basis for unanticipated or newly prioritized initiatives. Areas of practice include general municipal/civil engineering, surveying, structural engineering (civil and architectural), geotechnical engineering, general architecture, planning, landscape architecture, appraisals, natural resources management, cultural resources, and environmental assessments. The Park District intends to select multiple firms for each area of practice, with a minimum DBE goal of 10%. Firms may be retained for multiple areas of practice. The selection will be based on qualifications, experience, case study responses, and other criteria. Submittals are due by September 15, 2026.
