Description
The Parish of Caddo is inviting sealed bids for Invitation for Bid (IFB) #26-08R, which covers veterinary pharmaceuticals and supplies for the Animal Services Department located at 1500 Monty Street, Shreveport, Louisiana. The contract will be for one year with an option to renew for an additional one-year extension. Orders will be placed on an as-needed basis. Bidders must be valid and compliant DEA registrants, CDS-licensed distributors with the US Board of Pharmacy, and FDA compliant under the Drug Supply Chain Security Act. The bid includes a detailed list of items with estimated annual usage, including pharmaceuticals, surgical supplies, and animal health products.
