Stony Brook University Hospital intends to purchase Central Admixture Pharmacy Services, Inc. (CAPS) Outsourced Compounded Preparation Products. This procurement will be made under a contract awarded by Premier, leveraging their authority to purchase commodities from a consortium or comparable entity without a formal competitive process when justified by price. Vendors selling equivalent CAPS Outsourced Compounded Preparation Products are invited to contact the listed officer to discuss this procurement. The initial contract term is for three years, commencing June 1, 2026, and concluding June 30, 2028. This term includes three optional one-year renewals, contingent upon the Group Purchasing Organization's (GPO) renewal or extension. This procurement is subject to NYS Finance Law §§139 j&k, known as the Lobbying Law, which restricts communication to the individual listed below. Non-compliance may result in penalties ranging from no contract to debarment from sales to any New York State Agency. The successful contractor will be required to submit documentation related to Vendor Responsibility, NYS Finance Law §139, NYS Tax Law Section 5-a, and valid/current NYS Workers' Compensation and Disability Forms.
