Sole Source Purchase Order for Duodote Injection

Description
This notice serves as the Government's intent to award a sole source purchase order for Duodote Injection 600mg Prefilled Syringe (NDC: 11704-0620-01) directly from the manufacturer, Kindeva DBA: Meridian Medical Technologies, LLC. This acquisition is necessary due to urgent operational requirements and the critical nature of the product, which is a proprietary medical countermeasure with unique specifications, formulation, and delivery mechanisms not interchangeable with other items. Delays associated with competitive procurement would pose an unacceptable risk to health and operational capability. Under emergency procurement authorities, the Government intends to obtain Duodote units directly from the manufacturer to ensure product authenticity, maintain chain-of-custody requirements, and meet the immediate delivery schedule necessary to support mission readiness. This notice is not a request for competitive quotes. However, all responsible sources may submit capability information that will be considered if received within the timeframe prescribed by applicable emergency procurement procedures. Submissions will not delay the award of this action due to urgent and compelling circumstances.
