Description
The Indian Health Service (IHS) Phoenix Area Office has a requirement for a new Unit Dose Packaging System with Variable Length and Speed Option (VLO) for the Phoenix Indian Medical Center (PIMC). The current system, from 2005, is no longer supported by modern operating systems. The required system is the Pak-Edge UD Barcode Labeling Machine with software version 2.0, which must be installed on Windows 11 systems compliant with IHS security policies. The vendor must be an Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) authorized dealer, distributor, or reseller, and must provide evidence of this authorization with their quote. All equipment must be covered by the manufacturer's warranty. This procurement is set aside 100% for Small Businesses.
