Description
The United States Coast Guard (USCG), Surface Forces Logistics Center (SFLC), intends to award a sole-source purchase order to TEST, LLC for one MEATEST 6040 Panel Meter Calibrator (PMC) with a 5-year warranty and NIST traceable Z540 calibration certificate. This calibrator is the exclusive replacement for the obsolete ARBITER Systems Model 1040C and is essential for calibrating shipboard panel meters fleetwide. Delivery is required by December 1, 2026, FOB destination to Norfolk, VA.
