Description
The Joint Task Force, National Capital Region, Military District of Washington (JTF NCR/MDW) is seeking a contractor to provide temporary tent structures for use as medical aid stations, holding areas, and troop warming/cooling stations. These services are required for Presidential State Funerals, Inaugurations, and other events within the National Capital Region. The contractor will be responsible for all aspects of tent provision, including delivery, setup, maintenance, and recovery. The anticipated contract type is a single-award, seven-year Indefinite Delivery, Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) with a requirement for short-notice performance (as little as 36 hours) on a seven-day-a-week basis, including nighttime hours. Tents must be free-standing and equipped with opaque side walls, protective flooring, lighting, quiet generators for power, and heating/cooling systems. Contractor personnel will also be required to pass a background check for security purposes.
