Texas A&M University-Kingsville is seeking qualifications from experienced consulting firms to provide athletic facilities development and revenue generation consulting services. The selected consultant will assess existing and future athletic facilities, develop a long-term athletic facilities master plan, identify sponsorship and naming-rights opportunities, evaluate revenue-generating initiatives, and recommend viable funding, partnership, financing, and implementation strategies for phased facility improvements. The consultant will work with University leadership, Athletics, Finance, Advancement, and other stakeholders. Pricing is not requested at this qualification stage. The solicitation identifies professional consulting services and strategic recommendations, including evaluation of athletic assets and potential future procurement opportunities.
