Description
The Port of Corpus Christi Authority is seeking a Community Strategist to coordinate and implement the PORT-Able Pathways initiative, which connects education, training, and industry partners to create pathways from career awareness to employment. The scope includes partner and stakeholder coordination, implementation alignment, regional pathway inventory and gap analysis, workforce pathway development and program design, alignment with the PORT-Able Learning Lab, partner timeline and benchmark tracking, grant documentation and progress reporting, and ongoing administrative support. The role is documentation support and does not include fiscal or grant-management authority. The requested qualifications include multi-partner program coordination; workforce development and career pathway experience; collaboration with education, training providers, and industry; program implementation and project management; and strong facilitation, communication, and documentation skills. Public-sector or grant-funded program experience and Coastal Bend workforce and career-and-technical-education knowledge are preferred. Proposals will be evaluated on cost and fees, qualifications and relevant experience, proposed team and organization, references, technical approach, detailed work plan, and quality assurance/control program.
