Description
The Drug Enforcement Administration is requesting a 5,000-pound-capacity, propane-fueled forklift for delivery to its Corpus Christi facility. The forklift must be able to maneuver in and out of a tractor-trailer, with approximate maximum dimensions of 43 inches wide by 90 inches long, and must include forks, standard safety features, a three-stage mast with an 185-inch lift height, and a side-shifting carriage. The requirement is for an all-or-none, firm-fixed-price purchase evaluated using Lowest Price Technically Acceptable procedures. Delivery is required by October 31, 2026, or as soon as possible thereafter. The vendor must provide a standard warranty and demonstrate the capability to provide warranty administration, on-site diagnostics and repair, and emergency service; qualified technicians from the supplying contractor may perform the service, and no scheduled preventive maintenance or post-sale maintenance contract is requested. Any service pricing should be quoted as a separate option rather than included in the forklift purchase price.
