The Department of Veterans Affairs, Veterans Health Administration, intends to issue a Request for Quotations to selected suppliers for an indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity contract providing individual, group, and couple and family readjustment counseling therapy sessions for qualified veterans referred by Vet Centers. Services must be provided by licensed professionals, including psychiatrists, psychologists with a PhD, licensed clinical social workers, licensed professional mental health counselors, or licensed marriage and family therapists. Counseling services only are required; medication prescribing is excluded, and telehealth is not authorized. The anticipated contract includes a 12-month base period from October 1, 2026, through September 30, 2027, followed by two 12-month option periods. The requirement is anticipated to be a total small-business set-aside. The incumbent is Texas Child & Family Connection. The forthcoming RFQ will be sent directly to selected vendors rather than publicly posted as an RFQ; interested parties may express interest to the contracting officer.
