Description
The City of Cleveland is soliciting bids for the installation of six speed tables and bollards at specified Cleveland addresses. The work includes asphalt concrete surface course, tack coat, crack sealing, delineators, thermoplastic pavement markings, and 30-inch diamond speed-table signs paired with 18-inch 10 MPH advisory-speed signs. Bidders must provide installed pricing and delivery/work days after receipt of the order. The bid package requires the completed Request for Bid form, Terms and Conditions, Northern Ireland Fair Employment Practices Disclosure, and Wage Theft and Payroll Fraud Disclosure. The bid email must identify the Document ID Number and buyer in the subject line and state the Document ID Number, bid description, buyer, and closing date in the message.
