Description
The Defense Logistics Agency is seeking two packages of safety catheter-and-needle units, specified as 20-gauge by 1.750 inches. The unit of issue is a package containing 200 each. The solicitation identifies acceptable product examples from B. Braun Medical Inc. and Trillamed LLC, while requiring quoters to identify the bidder, manufacturer, manufacturer part number, item description, and the company and part number being supplied. The products are FDA-regulated and must meet a 60-month, non-extendable shelf-life requirement. Packaging must use suitable sealed unit containers and commercial exterior shipping containers, with medical marking and packaging requirements applicable. Delivery is required within 20 days after award, FOB destination, by traceable means rather than parcel post, to Camp Beauregard in Pineville, Louisiana.
