Description
The United States Marshals Service Special Operations Group is seeking a contractor to provide prepared food services for three training periods from October 17, 2026, through January 15, 2027. The scope includes breakfast, lunch, dinner, and healthy protein-rich snacks for approximately 40–45 attendees, totaling an estimated 3,610 meals and 2,460 snacks. The contractor must plan menus, purchase and prepare food, provide personnel and supplies, serve meals, transport food to off-site training locations, store leftovers, and clean the dining and service areas. Meals must meet detailed nutritional, quality, portion, food-safety, and menu-variety requirements, including approximately 3,500–4,500 nutrient-dense calories per attendee per day and two servings per attendee per meal. Most breakfast and dinner service will occur at the SOG Tactical Center, while some lunches will be transported and served at off-site locations within 20 miles. Offerors must have a physical business location within 60 miles of the specified Pineville address, maintain required Louisiana business licenses, insurance, food-handler certifications, and food-service permits, and provide a draft menu, recent inspection documentation, licenses and certifications, business license, proof of insurance, completed pricing sheet, completed questionnaire, and information addressing the evaluation criteria. The opportunity is a 100% small-business set-aside and will be awarded on a best-value, firm-fixed-price basis.
