Description
The Defense Logistics Agency is seeking one package of 48 individually sealed, sugar-free bismuth subsalicylate tablets. Each tablet must contain 262 mg of bismuth subsalicylate and 140 mg of calcium. The item has a 36-month total shelf life and must have at least 31 months of remaining shelf life when received by the first government activity. The supply must be commercially packaged and protected for safe delivery, with labeling and marking compliant with the applicable Medical Marking Standard. Delivery is FOB destination within 20 days after acknowledgment of the delivery order to Camp Beauregard in Pineville, Louisiana. The quotation must comply with applicable domestic-material restrictions and other stated pharmaceutical packaging, inspection, and shipping requirements.
