Description
The Bureau of Land Management's Northwest Oregon District Office requires commercial dumpster rental and nonhazardous solid-waste collection at the Shotgun Creek Recreation Site Administrative Yard. The scope includes contractor-furnished dumpsters, low-use on-call pickups, scheduled weekly high-use service, additional overflow collections, seasonal container configuration changes, on-call cleaning or container exchange, equipment maintenance, spill response, lawful transportation and disposal, and removal of contractor-owned equipment at the end of performance. The contract has a base period from October 1, 2026, through September 30, 2027, plus four one-year option periods extending through September 30, 2031. The solicitation is a total small-business set-aside. Quotations must include a cover letter, completed and signed SF 18 with lump-sum pricing, amendment acknowledgments if applicable, and separate price and technical volumes.
