Description
The University of Wisconsin-Shared Services, on behalf of the University of Wisconsin-River Falls, is requesting bids for the purchase and installation of signage. This solicitation aims to establish a multi-year contract with multiple awarded vendors for various signage projects. Potential projects may include display banners, retractable display banners, wraps (interior window, wall, and pole), and interior mounted signs such as acrylic and photo signs. Bidders are not required to bid on all lots and may choose to bid on specific lots of interest. The University reserves the right to negotiate pricing and establish additional discounts with contracted vendors for specific initiatives. Key requirements include a minimum of three years in business providing similar services, adherence to specific delivery and installation standards (F.O.B. destination, installed), and a minimum one-year warranty on all items. Bidders must also comply with all applicable federal and state regulations, including insurance requirements and potentially criminal background checks for personnel working on University property.
