Description
The Town of Cortlandt is soliciting sealed bids for the installation of an LED sign on Route 6, designated as Contract No. TE 2026.05. Bids must be submitted by 10:00 AM prevailing time on Wednesday, July 15, 2026, and addressed to the Town Clerk at Town Hall, 1 Heady Street, Cortlandt Manor, NY 10567. A bid deposit of fifty dollars ($50.00) is required for physical copies of the contract documents, which can be obtained from the Town Clerk's Office starting June 22, 2026. Alternatively, electronic copies are available on bidnetdirect.com/new-york beginning the same date, though registration is required. Bidders must also provide a bid security of at least five percent (5%) of the base bid amount or $1,000, in the form of a certified check, bid bond, or cash. A non-collusion affidavit and a valid Certificate of Registration from the New York State Department of Labor are also required with the bid. This contract is subject to prevailing wage determinations by the New York State Department of Labor.
