Description
This solicitation is for the fabrication and installation of 10 new wayfinding signs for the National Mall and Memorial Parks. The scope includes providing all necessary labor, materials, equipment, facilities, and travel to fabricate and install the signage according to the specifications detailed in the contract and its attachments. Removal of old, existing signs is not included in this contract. The period of performance is anticipated to be 172 calendar days after award, with installation to be completed on or before 144 calendar days after award. The project requires the contractor to manage all aspects of the project, including quality control, scheduling, and submittals. The contractor will be responsible for fabricating signs and supporting components to ensure lasting durability in an exterior, high-traffic environment. Installation will include securing all necessary permits, coordinating with park staff, and ensuring site protection and cleanup. The contractor must also provide a capabilities statement, equipment manifest, and a completed FACTS sheet for past performance evaluation.
