Submission Instructions
Description
The Navajo Tribal Utility Authority is seeking proposals from certified contractors specializing in underground electrical construction for a solar underground electrical project. The solicitation's instructions and scope of work are available from the Contract Administrator. Proposers must submit separate PDF attachments for the technical proposal and cost proposal, each with the specified solicitation label. Evidence of Preference Priority Certification must also be submitted if applicable.
