Description
The Indian Health Service's Gallup Service Unit is conducting a sources-sought market survey for an around-the-clock interfacility transfer coordination service. The anticipated requirement includes identifying placement options and coordinating transfers for acutely and critically ill patients who need specialty care, supported by a transfer documentation platform, protocol design, reporting, and case management follow-up. This is a sources-sought notice for market research, not a solicitation or request for proposals. Responses are voluntary and will help determine the acquisition strategy, including potential Buy Indian Act or Small Business Act set-aside opportunities. Respondents must provide a company profile, capability statement, relevant current or past performance, applicable contract vehicles, ownership and socioeconomic information, and—if applicable—a completed IHS IEE Representation Form.
