Description
Gallup-McKinley County Schools is establishing a firm-fixed-price, indefinite-quantity contract for the as-needed sale, trade-in, revenue sharing, or buyback of legacy technology assets. The scope includes computers, laptops, tablets, monitors, printers, projectors, scanners, network equipment, hard drives, peripherals, software, and related components from manufacturers such as Apple, Dell, Google, HP, Lenovo, Microsoft, Samsung, ViewSonic, and Xerox. The contractor must provide inventory verification, pickup and transportation, secure storage, industry-standard data and software erasure, detailed audit trails, IT asset disposition logistics documentation, and certificates of deprovisioning. Data destruction must follow NIST 800 standards and account for potentially sensitive information. The contract runs from award through June 30, 2027, with nine additional automatic one-year renewal periods available, ending no later than June 30, 2035. Pricing is entered through two online bid tables, and vendors may bid on any or all listed items. A certificate of liability insurance is required before services begin, and GMCS must be named as an additional insured.
