Barrington Public Schools is soliciting proposals for executive search and recruitment services to fill senior leadership positions, including superintendent and other cabinet-level roles. The selected firm will conduct a comprehensive search process including discovery, profile development, nationwide recruitment, candidate screening, background investigations, and interview support. The district seeks a firm with experience in K-12 executive searches, a commitment to diversity and equity, and a proven track record of placing high-quality leaders. The contract may be terminated with 14 days' notice, and if a hired candidate departs within the first year for non-health reasons, the firm will recruit replacements at no additional cost.
