Description
Broward County seeks upholstery services for existing metal-frame tandem chair seat backs and bottom cushions. The contractor must remove the existing upholstery, perform the work offsite, and provide pickup and delivery. Repairs may include reupholstery, foam replacement, and plywood replacement when authorized. The work must use black, commercial-grade performance vinyl meeting the specified durability requirements, with professionally finished seams and stitching. Repaired cushions must match the original form, fit, and function, and are subject to County inspection and a one-year workmanship warranty. This is an open-end, indefinite-quantity contract with no guaranteed minimum quantity. The initial term is one year, with up to four one-year renewals. The contractor must complete delivery within 15 business days of pickup and perform at least 100 percent of the total contract price without subcontracting or other outsourcing.
