Description
UNDP seeks offers for three lots of furniture for a multifunctional public space: custom-made and built-in furniture and interior elements; upholstered furniture and soft furnishings; and office and other freestanding furniture. The scope includes manufacture or supply, delivery, assembly, installation, and post-installation cleaning. Items must meet detailed specifications and approved designs, drawings, dimensions, materials, colors, and finishes; custom-built items require site measurements before production. Offers may cover one, several, or all lots, with a separate financial offer for each lot. The selected supplier must complete delivery and installation within 60 calendar days of contract signing and provide a 12-month warranty. The solicitation requests a company profile, company registration certificate, evidence of at least three similar furniture contracts completed within the last three years, information on ongoing projects, and the completed quotation submission and technical/financial offer forms. The portal also requests a bank document as proof of bank information.
