Washington State University (WSU) is soliciting Statements of Qualifications (SOQ) from firms interested in providing Progressive Design-Build services for the revitalization of the creamery located in the Food Quality Building on the Pullman campus. This project aims to modernize the existing creamery facilities. Respondents should limit their teams to the builder and the prime designer. The deadline for submitting SOQs is July 2, 2026, at 3:00 p.m. Pacific Time. Submissions must be in PDF format and sent via email to contracts@wsu.edu, with a copy to thomasjl@wsu.edu.
