Description
Crowder College is requesting proposals for three new multi-student clinical simulation systems for secondary and postsecondary healthcare education. Each system must provide an integrated, instructor-controlled simulation platform with multiple student and instructor tablets or equivalent controllers, simulated patient-monitoring and clinical-equipment interfaces, and support for collaborative patient-care scenarios. The proposed package must include simulation software and licenses, scenario-development tools, healthcare simulation scenarios or curriculum, simulated interfaces for patient monitors, cardiac monitors and defibrillators, vital-sign monitors, mechanical ventilators, infusion pumps, nurse-call systems, thermometers, glucometers, and pulse oximeters. It must also include required accessories and hardware such as ECG cables, blood-pressure cuffs, AED pads, IV poles and mounts, carts, tablet mounts, headsets or microphones, chargers, adapters, and wireless networking equipment. The vendor must provide initial configuration and setup assistance, instructor training, technical support, software updates as applicable, product documentation, warranty information, and separate identification of recurring fees, optional services, and items excluded from the base proposal. Equipment must be new and suitable for repeated classroom or laboratory use. One signed original proposal is required for mailed submission; electronic submissions may be provided in PDF or Microsoft Word format.
