Description
The City of Bentonville is soliciting formal proposals from qualified applicants for construction of a hangar on the parcel currently occupied by the Fuel Farm at Bentonville Municipal Airport. The project is intended to expand airport infrastructure and support growing aviation needs. The selected proposer must obtain plan approval from the Airport Advisory Board and Planning Department and execute an agreement with the City to lease and develop the parcel. The lease term and cost will be negotiated based on the proposed investment and the nature of the proposed aeronautical activities.
