Description
The City of Bentonville is soliciting sealed bids for construction of approximately one acre of additional parking apron pavement along the existing Taxiway B. The work includes necessary grading, stormwater infrastructure, pavement construction, a future electrical duct bank, and aircraft parking pavement markings. Bids must be submitted in sealed envelopes to the City of Bentonville Administrative Services Building and will be publicly opened on September 29, 2026. An optional virtual pre-bid conference is scheduled for September 15, 2026. Bidders must obtain the bid documents through the designated plan room, remain on the plan holders list to receive addenda, and record addenda numbers in Article 3.01 of the Bid Form.
