Description
The City of Bentonville is seeking formal proposals from qualified applicants for Phase I construction and development of a hangar on the parcel currently occupied by the Open T-Hangar at Bentonville Municipal Airport. The project is intended to expand airport infrastructure and accommodate growing aviation needs. The selected proposer must obtain plan approval from the Airport Advisory Board and Planning Department and execute an agreement to lease and develop the parcel. The lease term and project cost will be negotiated with the City based on the proposed investment level and the nature of the proposed aeronautical activities. A required Response Packet may be obtained by contacting the City's purchasing office.
