The Quebec Ministry of the Environment, the Fight Against Climate Change, Wildlife and Parks is soliciting bids for a standing-order contract to supply liquid aluminum sulfate at a 48% concentration for the Mercier groundwater treatment plant. The estimated contract period is 25 months. This is an open competitive procurement. Suppliers must possess the required qualifications and have an establishment in Quebec or in territories covered by applicable trade agreements. No bid security is required. The solicitation documents are available through the Quebec electronic tendering system, and electronic submissions must be transmitted as a single document; paper submissions are also permitted.
