Description
The City of Stillwater is offering one food-vendor space and one beverage-vendor space near the Stillwater Ice Rink at Block 34 during the 2026–2027 rink season. Vendors may submit offers for any combination of successive rental periods, including the periods from November 7, 2026, through January 23, 2027. The selected vendor will pay rent to the City; this is a lease opportunity rather than a purchase of food or beverage services by the City. Responses must include the required City of Stillwater Mobile Food Establishment License, certificate of liability insurance naming the City as an additional insured, and a brief description of the proposed operation and products. Vendors must also complete the IonWave response attributes and bid lines, comply with applicable food, health, fire, sales-tax, and mobile-establishment requirements, and execute a City-approved short-term lease before operating. Each lease period is generally fourteen consecutive days, with the final period lasting eight days.
