Description
Oklahoma State University, through its College of Veterinary Medicine and Veterinary Medical Teaching Hospital, is seeking a mobile, self-contained conventional multi-row diagnostic X-ray CT system. The scanner must support room-to-room movement without disassembly, operate on battery power while disconnected from mains power, connect to a standard 110-volt outlet, and meet specified hallway, doorway, aperture, field-of-view, slice, radiation-protection, scan-mode, image-reconstruction, and interoperability requirements. Cone-beam CT systems are not acceptable. The selected supplier must provide the scanner along with delivery, installation, acceptance testing, radiation survey support, applications training, preventive maintenance, software, warranty, service response, parts availability, and related support. Proposals must include technical specifications, site requirements, representative diagnostic images and image-quality data, warranty and service-agreement options with pricing, a projected delivery and completion schedule, a detailed cost proposal, risk assessment and mitigation, three similar completed projects with customer references, financial capability documentation, and any proposed contract or agreement terms. Award will be based on best value, including equipment specifications and image quality, warranty and service, schedule, experience, and value-added offerings.
