Description
Drumright Independent School District 39 is requesting proposals for point-to-point broadband data connections forming a wide-area network between Drumright High School and four receiving sites. The requested service must support bandwidth from 1 Gbps to 25 Gbps, include incremental pricing across the range, and provide connectivity to the existing network closets at each site. Proposals must cover all connections and identify the delivery method, bandwidth, contract term, recurring and non-recurring charges, taxes, fees, leased on-premises equipment, and installation or configuration costs. The scope also includes installation and initial configuration, leased routers or switches as needed, and any special construction. Vendors must provide a network diagram, proposed service-level agreement, project timeline, and pricing for all eligible and ineligible costs. Service is requested by July 1, 2027, with month-to-month or one-year terms and up to four voluntary annual renewals under consideration. The proposal package must include the completed pricing, experience and references, and Oklahoma Universal Service Fund certification forms, combined with the proposal into one PDF and uploaded through the designated online procurement portal.
