Description
Oklahoma County is soliciting firm-fixed-price bids for indefinite-quantity window treatment products and services. The scope includes removal and disposal of existing treatments; fabrication, transportation, installation, repair, and replacement of 2-inch faux wood blinds, roller screen shades with 1%, 3%, or 5% opacity, and custom draperies; installation trip charges; and related furniture or equipment moving when required. Pricing is requested by square foot or window, as applicable, with vendors required to identify brands, pricing tiers, exceptions, and risks affecting contract performance. Services are to begin upon award and continue through October 31, 2027. Work must generally occur during regular business hours without disrupting county operations, and projects must be coordinated with the affected department and Facility Maintenance. The contractor must provide a one-year warranty on installation, materials, and workmanship, manufacturer warranties on materials and supplies, liability and workers' compensation insurance before work begins, and scheduling responses within three business days for assigned projects.
