Description
Oklahoma State University Housing and Residential Life seeks qualified contractors for as-needed residential turnover and make-ready work in campus apartments. The scope includes deep cleaning; painting and surface preparation; general maintenance; carpentry; plumbing; electrical work; HVAC cleaning and maintenance; flooring and base replacement; appliance and furniture movement; and related repairs authorized by Housing and Residential Life. The initial project is anticipated for Summer 2027, with a possible fall-semester turnover project. Respondents must provide itemized labor, unit, square-footage, material, equipment, markup, and other pricing; a project schedule; a risk assessment and mitigation plan; experience and qualifications; at least five client references; staff and supervision information; employee screening practices; and audited annual reports for the last two years. A completed Cost Proposal Form and Non-collusion Certificate are also required. The contract has an initial five-year term with optional one-year renewals, and the university may make multiple awards.
