Description
The Oklahoma City Water Utilities Trust is soliciting construction bids from contractors prequalified as Water Facilities Contractor "A" for improvements at the Draper Water Treatment Plant. The scope includes replacing butterfly valves; installing motorized valve actuators, electrical systems, and SCADA controls; repairing valve gearboxes; enclosing and upgrading the bulk chemical storage area; installing new chemical storage tanks, feed pumps, instrumentation, controls, piping, and heat tracing; rehabilitating two elevated backwash storage tanks with structural repairs and new coatings; and demolishing and restoring a pretreatment basin. The work also includes associated civil, architectural, structural, mechanical, electrical, instrumentation, process-piping, HVAC, coatings, testing, startup, training, and environmental-control work. Bidders must submit the electronic line-item response, bid security, Anti/Non-Collusion Affidavit, and Business Relationship Affidavit through the electronic bidding process. The bid security must equal 5 percent of the bid; a cashier's check, certified check, or irrevocable letter of credit may instead be hand-delivered as specified. The project must be completed within 555 calendar days after the Work Order date.
